Rent is $2,250.00 per month including 100 MB fiber internet, 2 parking spots, trash removal and water. All other utilities are excluded. One month security deposit is required. Pet-friendly units will require a pet fee of $500.00 per pet. There will be an annual fee for use of the pool.
